We adopted the safest constructive technology installing the Condensers externally to the columns. This technology increases the manufacturing costs but ensures a higher degree of safety in case of any leakage of the tubes of the condenser. All COR Multistage Distillers, series SMEF can be electro and/or mechanically mirror polished Ra <0.5 µm in all parts in contact with the WFI.
   

 

All Cor Multistage Distillers can be supplied with an innovative SCADA software for supervising the distiller by means of windows based graphical pages which:

  • Make the operation easier

  • Allows a fast validation and documentation of the plan

The SCADA system is supervising the PLC and all electronic sensors of the Equipment, showing on coloured windows (14” colour display), the setting, the correct running and the alarms. The 2000 version of the SMEF distiller foresees an industrial PC with a touch screen installed in the front of electrical control panel, normally mounted on board of the Distiller. The architecture of this supervising software is open and flexible, allowing to control, through an easy programming, also the water treatment plant as well as the tanks, the loops,etc. All Cor Multistage Distillers are standard equipped with a standard modem with a Tele-assistance software that is in phone contact (simple commuted or Internet line) with our Support Centre in Italy or in in our Assosciated Companies in the World, immediately detect any possible problem and even, in case of an electronic mis-setting, also intervene from a remote position.
